Stepping forward as the Legacy Steward and Vision Keeper following Leonora&#8217;s passing, Nadira has supported the Collective through a time of renewal and structural rebuilding and now serves as its <strong>President<\/strong> and <strong>Chairperson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawing on four decades of expertise, Nadira practiced the colorful art of healing as a certified acupuncturist, a commitment honed by studies at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gzszyy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine<\/a>. She brings this deep understanding of well-being and community care to her role today. Now semi-retired in Limoges, Ontario, with her husband Roger, Nadira ensures that Leonora\u2019s dream of food justice, dignity, and immigrant solidarity continues to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She maintains that the simple joy of sharing a meal is key to well-being \u2014 she loves to cook for her friends and family. Nadira is passionately honoring Leonora&#8217;s vibrant legacy, ensuring the Collective&#8217;s unique blend of mutual aid and delicious, empowering meals continues to nourish the community.
