Montreal, 6 DEC 2025 — It is with hope and renewed determination that we officially announce the progressive relaunch of the Parc-Ex Curry Collective, now guided by Nadira King, the mother of our visionary founder, Leonora King. This is not simply a restart; it is the continuation of a vibrant and essential legacy.
A reaffirmed legacy and a guiding light
Drawing on her wisdom and deep community commitment, Nadira has stepped up to ensure that her daughter’s work not only endures but flourishes. The path that Leonora forged — built on migrant justice, dignity, and economic empowerment through cooking — is the road that propels us forward today. The impact she had on the women the program has helped is immeasurable, offering them skills, community, and greater economic certainty in their new lives. Leonora’s spirit remains the North Star of our mission.

The PECC is more than just food; it is an engine for integration and solidarity. Our mission is clear: to continue to empower immigrant and asylum-seeking women by celebrating their culture and providing them with professional culinary employment opportunities.
With Nadira at the helm, we’ll continue to increase this impact, extending the reach of Leonora’s work and offering even greater support to the people in our community and beyond.
How to contribute: ordering and support
The heart of our work lies in preparing delicious meals that support us!
Catering orders: We now accept catering orders for your events. Every order directly supports the employment of our chefs and contributes to our community initiatives. Get in touch with us for your next gathering!
Individual orders: We also now prepare individual meals (minimum 4 meals/order). Contact us for more information.
Please note: While we are actively working to establish a public pickup point for individual orders, please contact us for specific delivery or pickup options meanwhile.
